Abandon Silence turn four in the Kazimier

Liverpool's biggest bass explorers Abandon Silence turn four in May with a double header of day time and evening parties.

The summer is coming, which means warm beer in fields, probably a lot more rain than we want and, if we're lucky, a trip to one of the hotter meccas of rave. It also means clubnights in this country get a little bit more creative and think about going outside for some fun.

Abandon Silence have done just that, adding an extra caveat to their usual Birthday histrionics at Liverpool's Kazimier by announcing that when they turn four at the end of May they'll be also utilising the venue's outside space, The Garden.

A gloriously quaint space framed by a bandstand, The Garden is one of the best outdoor spaces in Liverpool City centre to enjoy a drink, annexed brilliantly for the main room of the club as well. Abandon Silence will be running tickets for entry to both parties as well as each individually, and have announced outside will see live performances from Session Victim and Unkwn, as well as a further guest.

Amongst the DJs dropping beats from the more mellow end of the spectrum will be Bolts, Abandon Silence main man Andrew Hill and one of Liverpool's most revered hip hop tag team, the No Fakin DJs (check their sunset set at Croatia's Garden Festival in 2012 above, encapsulating them in laidback mode to a tee).

There's still more announcements scheduled for the main club space too, but so far Seb Wildblood playing back to back with Apes, Audio Asylum and another infamous soundclash between AS residents Rich Furness and Harry Sheehan. We'll keep you postred on the other announcements as soon as they drop.
