Perhaps best known as the man behind one of the biggest bass music anthems of the decade, 'Footcrab', Addison Groove also recently released his debut album Transistor Rhythm on the mighty 50 Weapons imprint. The Bristol DJ and producer headlines this all night party at Hidden, as part of Found's progressive electronic Friday night programming.
Joining Addison Groove is J.Phlip, whose skills on the decks and in the studio have made her a key member of the Dirtybird family. Her blend of booty bass and deep, tech house has been turning heads for a while.
Also appearing will be Dexter Kane, who's gone from strength to strength since his remix of seminal classic 'Dirty Cash' last year, not to mention his other releases on WYS!, Akbal Music and Lower East. Last but by no means least is burgeoning producer Throwing Snow, whose tracks and remixes have garnered support from dance music pioneers Gilles Peterson and Benji B, as well as guest slots on Kiss FM and Ministry of Sound Radio.
Hosting Arch 2 is independent Berlin/London based label Somethinksounds. Heading up the bill in their room are a London based duo who've been causing a massive stir of late, Dusky. Next up is Ossie, whos been making moves on the UK Funky underground for a while now with recent releases on celebrated labels such as Hyperdub and Lightworks already under his belt, and forthcoming material on Hypercolour. He'll be joined by Photomachine, an up-and-comer whose blend of garage and house has secured him the first release of 2020 Vision's new sub-label, 2020 Midnight Visions. Last but not least is the label's very own Black Orange Juice, who'll be adding their unique and infectious sound to the proceedings.
Tickets are £10 before September 7th, or £12 after. Buy yours below.
