For over two decades Andy Cairns has been at the forefront of the rock scene with his band Therapy?, this time around the celebrated singer/guitarist plays acoustic gigs at two separate locations.
Nestled in Manchester's cultural hub, the northern quarter, is the Night and Day Cafe where Andy will play on Wednesday September 24th before heading to Aberdeen's Moorings Bar on Friday September 26th. The intimacy that both venues entail exploit Andy's approachable character, making the exclusive gigs extra special to adorning fans of the Northern Irish musician.
As part of his latest escapades, he embarks upon a solo acoustic tour along with Therapy? band members Michael Mckeegan (bass) and Neil Cooper (drums) for an eclectic display away from his usual performances, which you can get a taste for above.
Andy plans to rifle through the Therapy? ages playing classic tracks from their previous 13 studio albums, which all refuse to be ruled by genre and famously bring together flavours of indie, punk, rock, metal and everything in between, all of which makes the band so well loved.
On top of that, Andy plans to play some brand new Therapy? material to give the gig that extra edge and make it a sentimental occasion for lovers of the band. Grab your tickets for Manchester here and for Aberdeen here.
