Yesterday consumer tech giants Apple revealed plans to launch a new online service - Apple Music which is set to challenge Spotify in the battle for music streaming supremacy, with Apple CEO Tim Cook making the bold claim "It will change the way you experience music forever." Watch the introduction below.
The streaming service invites users to listen to songs directly from iTunes, check out brand new music, select your own playlists and even have music experts build you your own playlists based on your current tastes - Siri will also be on hand to help you pick music. You'll also be able to interact with stars via Connect, and listen to Zane Lowe helmed Beats 1 - a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week radio station. See what Drake had to say below.
Apple Music launches on June 30th and will cost $9.99 a month.
