Independent Venue Week is a seven day homage to the many venues dotted around the UK that cultivate the spirit of independence within live music. 

Without such venues and the people that help run and maintain them, live music would be simply nothing (Get a taste of it from the video below). 

From global bands that navigate the big stage to the ones that didn't quite make it, the most important factor is that the majority shared that same experience of walking on an independent stage for the first time. 

Supported by Arts Council England and championed by figures like Huw Stephens, Independent Venue Week clusters together these venues to showcase a myriad of under the radar talent and established acts like Matthew E.White with a week long roster of shows across the UK.
