Get your stencils and brushes ready, as Manchester’s most energetic art event is heading up north! Art Battle Manchester XXIV - Going Northside will see 10 new artists battle it out in Rochdale for the event’s first foray to the rejuvenating town on Saturday 28th September, and you can grab your tickets now.

The 24th instalment of Art Battle Manchester will see Champness Hall play host to three rounds of high octane art clashes. Over the course of two rounds, you vote who goes through to the final, where the final two challengers compete for the ultimate crown. Aside from the competition, Art Battle love to keep things interesting with live music, entertainment, food, and drink, and you can even bid on artwork in a silent auction and create your own pieces!

Since the first flecks of paint splashed the canvas at the inaugural battle in 2013, Art Battle Manchester has seen over 250 painters, illustrators, tattooists, and street artists test their talents in a multitude of off-beat venues scattered across Manchester city centre. Whether it be London Road Fire Station, Albert Hall, The Royal Exchange, Victoria Baths, New Century, or Escape to Freight Island, they’ve all witnessed the highs and lows of competitive craftsmanship, while last year saw an event held at Stockport’s abandoned Debenhams store in their first battle outside of the city centre.

Tickets are available on Skiddle, so punch that ticket and pick up the paintbrush.
