This year Aviemore, Scotland was announced as the location for one of the celebrated Gentleman Stopovers. Aiming to celebrate local culture as well as bring an eclectic music line up to the local community, the Aviemore Stopover will take place at The Dell Of Rothiemurchus from Friday 31st July to August 1st

With its idyllic surroundings, the Dell of Rothiemurchus, located in the Cairngorm National Park on the River Spey, is the perfect setting to host festival advocates Mumford & Sons.

After the release of 'Believe' (above), a taster from their imminent album, the invigorating folk rock ensemble will inject plenty of new material into their Friday night slot. The Saturday will be headlined by acoustic singer/songwriter Ben Howard, a real fitting act when considering the beauty of the location.

Dotted elsewhere on the festival line up; Primal Scream provide a chunk of rock, country and indie charmers, with The Maccabees and Simian Mobile Disco also performing.

Further highlights are provided by Lianne Le Havas, native band Honeyblood (see why you should see them here), King Charles and Jack Garratt to sew up a spectacular programme of music. Grab your tickets here
