Black Triangle Records and Mic Check Media Launch 'Good Vibes Only' Monthly Show

Black Triangle Records and Mic Check Media have joined forces to bring a new Urban and World music showcase to Manchester. Launching in January with an incredibly strong line-up, this looks like a night to be reckoned with.

Two of Manchester's promotion and artist development companies have joined forces to bring the best in Urban and World Music to Manchester in a monthly showcase

Black Triangle Records is the brain child of long established Manchester band The Moods. From their base in central Manchester they operate a recording studio, record label and promotions company. Now they have combined forces with Mic Check Media for their latest venture. Mic Check Media are a long established Hip Hop platform designed to showcase the best in emerging talent.

The new venture sees the two host a monthly showcase from Off the Square in the Northern Quarter, Manchester. The showcases will feature the best in Urban music including, Hip Hop, EDM, DnB, Grime,RnB, Trap and Garage as well as World music.

The opening night on Friday 28th January will be headlined by The Moods themselves who will be performing one of their live PA sets. Joining them will be Grime collective Take Note and Trap/Grime artist Feeemo. Manchester Grime stalwart Larboonz will also be performing alongside promising up and coming talents including Bobby Dukz and N Wizzy.

Whatever you are planning to do in January, this should be top of your list. This night promises to be the perfect antidote to the January blues and is an incredibly strong start to the new Black Triangle and Mic Check Media collaboration
