Blackpool Rocks announces first wave of artists

Blackpool Rocks has revealed the first set of names set to play at The Winter Gardens on Saturday 19th December. Watch last year's highlights below.

Wave one includes Radio 1 stalwart MistaJam (who we spoke to recently for an Insider's Guide) and the station's dance music guru and local hero Danny Howard - who both played at last year's edition.

Grime and R&B superstar Lethal Bizzle has also been announced for the seaside showcase, as have deep house duo Blonde. 

Last year, the indoor winter mini-festival took over Blackpool Tower with Martin Garrix, Hannah Wants, Ms Dynamite and Duke Dumont amongst a lot more, so expect more big announcements as the date nears. Tickets go on sale on Friday 11th September. Register for those here.
