Bloc Party to celebrate 20 years of Silent Alarm with Bristol gig

The band will perform Silent Alarm and their greatest hits at the outdoor venue in the summer.

UK indie favourites Bloc Party come to Bristol Amphitheatre in Bristol on Friday 25th July 2025, performing their beloved debut album Silent Alarm for its 20th anniversary. 

Bursting on the indie scene in 2005 with Silent Alarm, which features some of the band’s biggest tracks like ‘Helicopter’, ‘Banquet’, and ‘This Modern Love’, Bloc Party became instantly huge among fans of jangly guitar riffs, massive choruses, and energetic rhythm sections. 

At this outdoor summer gig, the band perform the album in full as well as their greatest hits from other albums like ‘Flux’, ‘Ratchet’, and ‘Hunting For Witches’. Support for the gig will be announced soon but for fans of that unbeatable 00s indie sound, it’s already looking stellar.
