Bloc Party will headline NME's flagship Awards tour in the new year

Bloc Party are set to headline the NME awards tour that will take place between 11 cities in January and February next year.
It will see a return to some of the smaller venues the band visited in their early career and debuting songs from their new album HYMNS. (listen to their latest single 'The Love Within' below).
Speaking to NME, lead singer Kele said: "It was a big deal for the band when we played the tour in 2005, so we're really excited to be returning as headliners in 2016."
Support will come in the form of grungy Sheffield two piece Drenge and indie upstart Ratboy. Bugzy Malone also appears, a Manchester based grime artist tipped for big things in 2016.

Manchester - Academy, Saturday 6th February
Leeds - 02 Academy, Monday 8th February
Cambridge - Corn Exchange, Tuesday 9th February
London - 02 Academy Brixton, Thursday 11th February
