Blu have spread their wings and rolled out a wealth of big dates as part of their nationwide music tour, including a key London gig on Saturday 19th July at Autumn Street studios.
Heading up the London show will be Mosca, a creative powerhouse whose background in hip hop, dub reggae, dancehall and even indie has seen him undertake a fresh approach to underground house and techno. Expect to be treated to an uncompromising display of dark and sexy subterranean vibes from the Not So Much boss. Check out his superbly varied In Session mix for Mixmag below.
Eliphino is next on the roster, who, ever since releasing 'More Than Me' (listen below) has been enjoying ever increased exposure on the electronic circuit. His further releases on HoyaHoya, Somethink Sounds, and Gilles Peterson's Brownswood Label have continued to highlight his wide ranging talent.
Speaking of wide ranging talent, next in line is Pedestrian - a real musical explorer who abstains from playing two sets the same. Notorious for crafting mesmerising sets designed to transfix a dancefloor, Pedestrian's sets draft from the offerings of hip hop through to garage, incorporating melodic sounds offset by heavy as hell basslines (catch his Boiler Room set below).
Dynamic duo Kry Wolf are also on the bill - another pairing who are galvanised from across the musical spectrum with productions ranging from house to garage, and techno to grime. They've gained widespread support from many industry behemoths releasing on labels such as Dirtybird and Rinse, making them a real must see act.
Rounding off the bulging line up is Oscar Luweez, the brand new alias of renowned dubstep producer D1. The pioneering underground kingpin will be spinning classic house under his fresh new moniker, albeit with an exciting new twist. Head here to register for your tickets.
