Rainford?s Picnic In The Park is a Festival which has its own unique vibes. It?s an event ran by locals in the village to raise money for charity. They get sponsorship from local businesses to help with costs of putting on such an event. When talking to Phil Thomas and Phil Lancaster the main organisers of the event they said ? It works perfect! It helps to to keep ticket prices down for our customers and also means we can push on with bringing top artists like Bruce Foxton and From The Jam to the Village ?
