MTV base will bring Charlie Sloth, along with a massive bill, to Manchester's O2 Ritz for a bass heavy New Year's Eve show. The Radio 1Xtra DJ has been an instrumental figure in the UK rap scene, the 'Fire in the Booth' segment of his shows offering a platform for new and established grime and hip hop artists to prove themselves with fierce freestyles.
The likes of Akala, Professor Green and Tinie Tempah have all made appearances throughout its on-air stint, whilst newcomers such as Bugzy Malone have used the segment as an opportunity to demonstrate their talents to a much wider audience.
The Mancunian MC features at Sloth's New Year's Eve mash up in his home city riding high off the back of his Facing Time winter tour, following the release of his second studio effort earlier this year.
Bugzy's first release, Walk With Me dropped in 2015 on Sloth's Grimey Limey label following a 'perfect' performance on his Fire in the Booth debut.
He is joined on NYE by a gang of bass behemoths that includes MTV Base's own Andy P, local slick selector G2 and WSTRN tour DJ - Chuckie.
Lock down your Charlie Sloth and friends tickets via the box below from 10am on Wednesday 16th November.
