Arguably the world's most feted festival, Burning Man will head to Europe this summer with a Dutch equivalent entitled Where the Sleep Sheep, built on the ten principles which form the backbone of Burning Man's spiritual philosophy.
These include ideologies such as radical inclusion, gifting and communal effort, which has led to BM's unique stance on currency - everything at the festival has to be exchanged for something else, not bought and sold in traditional manners.
The festival has become legendary over the years, with DJs such as Seth Troxler, Damian Lazarus and Dave Seaman (who we spoke to about his BM experiences) among the high profile attendees.
WTSS will take place in Veluwe, a woodland area of natural beauty west of Amsterdam, from July 29th to 31st - the perfect precursor to Dekmantel a week later.
