Covert have been hitting Gorilla hard with their first 4 jam packed summer partys, and Sat 5th August is no exception. House legend Erick Morillo will be showcasing his ever growing talent and transporting us right back to his Ibiza hayday. This is going to be a must for any house or electro fan!

"For me a DJ is someone who brings a vibe. If you don't party, then how do you bring that vibe?" Erick Morillo isn't just a DJ when he plays, words from the man himself shows how he loves to get involved in the party too! Having started out playing the 90s Erick Morillo certainly knows a thing or two about partying too. Expect a night full of Ibiza classics, the finest electronic music and 90s house!

SAT 19.08 | 5 YEARS OF EDIT W/ JOEY NEGRO

Edit celebrates 5 years with a very special guest - Joey Negro. They has survived the clubland landscape by constantly adapting, with previous guests ranging from Spen to LNTG, their motto of house funk soul and disco all re-edited for your pleasure has served their faithful following well.

They now take to Manchester's premier venue Gorilla to launch part 1 of thier birthday celebrations.

SAT 26.08 | HORSE MEET DISCO DOES PRIDE

We are buzzing to have the blisteringly superb Horse Meat Disco boys take over from open til close on Saturday 26th August. This mid-Pride knees-up promises to deliver beats by the bucket load, leaving no record unturned and no rug uncut. Gay, straight, man, woman or horse - be proud and boogie on down.

It's been 365 days since we invaded the city of Manchester with our weekly fix of disco heaven, and we are so excited to throw the biggest 1st birthday party combined with our pride weekend to celebrate a fantastic year.... don't forget your glitter balls!

Since the early 1990's, west coast legend Doc Martin has been effortlessly captivating crowds with his unique ability to spin a collection of infectious beats, his disco infused set has our glitter senses tingling - you won't wanna miss this one!
