Camelphat have just released their eagerly anticipated new single ‘Hypercolour’ featuring Foals frontman Yannis Philippakis.
Combining their trademark hypnotic tech-house sound with melancholic vocals from Yannis, the triple-platinum, Grammy-nominated producers from Liverpool have turned out another successful indie crossover hit, following last year's collab with Jake Bugg on 'Be Someone'.
The Camels were supposed to be playing a number of festivals this year, including Creamfields, Parklife and Annie Mac's Lost & Found Festival, and had just taken on a weekly residency at Ushuaia in Ibiza before the Coronavirus outbreak scuppered summer plans.
Still, there's talk of a huge UK tour announcement in the next few weeks - so 2021 is already looking up.
