Back for an eleventh year, Cardiff's multi venue Swn Festival has announced the artists who will feature on the line up for 2017.
Founded by long time advocate of new music, Radio 1's Huw Stephens and Cardiff based promoter John Rostron, the festival was started after an inspirational trip to SXSW and has featured early career appearances from the likes of Alt J, Rag N Bone Man and Wolf Alice.
This year's series of events will stretch from Friday 22nd September, when Swn kicks off with The Skints at a one-off show just down the M4 in Swansea, before returning to Cardiff where it will continue until Friday 21st October. Also on the line up are the likes of electro indie four piece Clean Cut Kid, alt-rockers The Amazons and Malian high tempo African R&B group Songhoy Blues.
The month of gigs will culminate in a day long event which will showcase the very best in up and coming talent, including False Advertising and more.
