Xero is a new concept event that showcases the country's best hip-hop, R&B, and amapiano DJs, creating the ultimate celebration of the music and culture. For their first event, they’re bringing a lineup of fantastic artists to Projekt in Burnley on Friday 29th November 2024, with a headline set from DJ Ironik.
Ironik is a pioneering artist and producer known for his blend of hip-hop, grime, and R&B. Having been soundtracking parties for over a decade, he’s built a reputation as one of the most influential figures in the scene with a knack for delivering sets that bring off-the-charts energy.
Ironik will be joined by Xero residents DJ Nico and DJ Tizz Rob. Nico, originating from the East Midlands, is a veteran in hip-hop, R&B, and amapiano, playing over 500 sets overseas. He comes back to England to deliver soulful mash-ups and fresh dubs. Tizz Rob, another vet with over ten years in the game, is a familiar face in Manchester’s scene. From him, you can expect energy from pure hip-hop tunes.
Keon Hill will host the night. Having performed across the globe, including Las Vegas and Crete, the Yorkshire artist took a break from hosting to focus on music, resulting in six top 3 tracks on the iTunes Apple Music charts and a hit number one single, ‘Rolling’.
