The winners of DJ Mag's coveted Best Of British Awards were announced last night live from a ceremony at Egg London.

Well deserved gongs were given to the likes of Solardo, who were crowned Best Breakthrough DJ after a stellar 2016, and Hidden club in Manchester which was awarded Best Small Club following a gruelling year developing the space into an even more impressive rave gem.

The big dogs were also commended for their work, with The Warehouse Project scooping up Best Club Series, whilst fabric triumphantly took Best Large Club after a challenging and truly unsettling few months fighting for its rights to re-open (a battle which was fortunately won).

On the production front, Alan Fitzpatrick was awarded Best Track for 'We Do What We Want', and Lee Walker secured Best Remix for his massive take on 'Freak Like Me'.
