Hip-hop and scratch DJ Yoda is headed to Liverpool's East Village Arts Club on Thursday 9th October for a special live audio/visual show. 

The East Village Arts Club is a premier arts and culture club located right in the heart of the city. It boasts a theater section perfect for live music and a loft space with a quirky edge. It has all the right components to make any musical event that extra bit special, it's no surprise that it is one of Liverpool's most loved and most used venues. 

DJ Yoda is recognised as one of the biggest scratch DJs in the world. After winning the DMC Scratch DJ Category of the Diesel U Music Awards back in 2001, Yoda continued to confidently push musical boundaries on his own terms. He's a key member of the Fat Lace crew and is also a dab hand at writing and he shares his knowledge in magazines such as Hip Hop Connection.

His critically acclaimed mix CD How To Cut And Paste received praise from the likes of Q Magazine, Maxim and The Times and showcased Yoda's skills, ultimately catapulting him further into success.
