Taking shape inside Tottenham's former IKEA, DRUMSHEDS is the latest huge event space to pop up in the Big Smoke, with its huge warehouse doors set to open up in the Autumn.

Spanning 608,000 square feet, across multiple rooms, the space is set to become the biggest of its kind in London, housing 15,000 punters and a carefully curated programme of live music, arts, and cultural offerings.

DRUMSHEDS is being brought to the city by the incredible team at Broadwick Live, who are also behind such offerings as the recently closed Printworks, the epic Field Day Festival in Victoria Park, and another industrial offering in London, The Beams

The venue is also not the first under the DRUMSHEDS moniker, as it precedes the previous space of the same name which closed permanently last January. A space that closed with a monstrous night hosted by The Hydra, featuring b2b sets from Four Tet & Floating Points, and Ben UFO & Joy Orbison.

The warehouse space will also maintain its industrial heritage, with many of the building's old machinery, loading spaces and liftshafts still on display; only adding to the old-school rave feel.

Simeon Aldred, director of strategy, said: “Broadwick’s mission has always been to build brands that deliver unrivalled, live experiences that create real impact.

“We are proud to announce DRUMSHEDS, set to be London’s most impactful cultural space of its kind, set across 608,000 sqft in North London. We want Drumsheds, like all the spaces we create, to be new centres of cultural gravity that provide the basis for human connection. A connection that people crave now more than ever.”

Whilst DRUMSHEDS opening parties and future programme have yet to be announced, the people behind the venue are stating that it will have a similar booking policy as their previous venue Printworks; a statement which boggles the mind in anticipation of what's in store.

Already announced for DRUMSHEDS is a Worried About Henry night with Andy C and the world's biggest Ampiano festival, the Piano People Indoor Winter Festival, tickets for both of which can be found at the bottom of this page.

DRUMSHEDS is about to take over the scene, and you quite simply have to be a part of it.
