Danny Howells to mix Balance 24

Danny Howells will be the next DJ to step up to the Balance decks, following on from Radio Slave’s edition released back in April. The DJ, who has been behind seminal compilations for Global Underground, Renaissance and a particularly special Choice offering for Azuli, will release Balance 24 in mid November.

There’s no word yet on whether the compilation will follow the same focus as Radio Slave’s with two wildly differing compilations, but considering Danny has previous in this realm and he’s also an extremely eclectic DJ when it the right frame of mind, we wouldn’t rule it out. His Global Underground 027: Miami balanced a mix of tour de force main room house and techno with a much deeper and sun kissed offering, and remains a classic.

Slightly sooner than that he will be bringing his Dig Deeper label once again to Liverpool at the Williamson Tunnels alongside Hernan Cattaneo, and you can stream the mix he made the last time the dup played in the city together above.
