This week's Days Out With Skiddle has a lot of festive events with Christmas now not far away at all. There's an ice rink being set up in Liverpool, a festive kids party in Manchester and some festive-themed food over in Bristol. We have some brilliant 2024 events to look forward to as well.

Where: St Luke's Bombed Out Church, Liverpool
Bombed Out Church is getting into the Christmas spirit by installing an ice rink over the Christmas period. In December, you'll be able to skate around to your heart's content. All abilities are welcome, so there will be a good mixture of new and old.

An evening of comedy awaits you at The Dome in September of 2024 as Serena Terry heads out on tour. She'll be discussing the trials and tribulations of being a working mum, how she's coping with a new career, mental health marriage and much more.

Walsall Operatic Society presents The Addams Family
When: Saturday 11th November
Where: The Prince of Wales Theatre, Cannock
Here's a musical of one of horror's most iconic families. This production will feature fantastic songs, plenty of comedy and amazing, choreographed dances that will make you want to imitate them in your seat.

Where: Electric Brixton, London
UKG Brunch will be celebrating its 6th birthday at the start of 2024 and they have decided to throw an all-day rave which will have you dancing and brunching at Electric Brixton. The tunes here will be just as spicy as the food options.

Liverpool's Mother Espresso will be doing something a little bit different this month. You are invited to this event where a series of delicious small plates will be served alongside an eclectic selection of vinyl records. It's all about flavours, atmosphere and conversation.

A Taste of Spain Christmas Special
When: Friday 15th December
Where: Asha Bristol Marina, Bristol
The flavours of Spain will be surrounding you at this event as chorizo, croquetta, empanadillas and more mouth-watering options are served. Taking place on a house boat with some festive decor, the aim of the event is to raise funds for a mental health charity.

On Sunday 3rd December, you can treat yourself or a loved one to a brilliant afternoon tea event which will feature live entertainment from a swing singer. You'll be greeted with a welcome drink before settling down for a peaceful and relaxing afternoon.

Born To Be Wild Child Festive Family Party
When: Saturday 9th December
Where: YES, Manchester
Born To Be Wild Child's Christmas party is rockin' and ready to go. A certain special guest in a red suit will be making an appearance and there will be a range of activities for your young ones to enjoy such as face painting, arts and crafts and a balloon drop.

August House Movies: Love Actually

August House Movies latest film screening will be a Christmas special and it'll be just in time for the festive season on December 3rd. They will be screening Love Actually, the classic that follows the story of multiple love stories taking place across London at the same time.
