On this week's Days out With Skiddle, we have some amazing events and you can tell that we're approaching Halloween. We have scares courtesy of a Stranger Things-inspired roller disco and a scare park in Blackburn. There are also plenty of Christmas events to look forward to too.

Sleeping Beauty is a story that pretty much everyone has heard of before and a children's classic. At Rainton Arena, they're putting on a panto performance of Sleeping Beauty this year and you can be there to watch the drama unfold as the princess edges closer and closer to the poisoned spinning wheel

Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol
When: Tuesday 13th December
Where: Samlesbury Hall, Preston
Samlesbury Hall's 2021 Christmas theatre production was a huge hit, so in 2022 they're tackling one of the most famous Christmas stories of all time. A ghost story for the ages, watch as Scrooge is haunted by ghosts past, present and future. This theatre experience immerses the audience completely.

Revolucion De Cuba Drag Brunch
When: Sunday 25th September
Where: Revolucion De Cuba, Belfast
Drag brunch returns to Revolucion De Cuba in Belfast and it'll be hosted by the fantastic Rusty Hinges. There will also be performances from Malibu Perry and Tiffany Von Tussle who will be there to thrill you as you drink. there's going to be a wide range of cocktails available and a breakfast-style buffet.

Stranger Things Halloween Special
When: Saturday 29th October
Where: Roller Jam, Birmingham
Roller Jam will be channelling Stranger Things for their Halloween special this year, so as you're skating around try not to find yourself face to face with a Demogorgon. With huge stage production, themed dancers and character skaters, you'll be fully immersed in the upside down.

Scare Kingdom Scream Park Halloween Season
When: Friday 28th October
Where: Scare Kingdom Scream Park, Blackburn
Scare Kingdom Scream Park has been haunting Blackburn every Halloween for 14 years now and they're determined to deliver more frights than ever before. With new installations and characters, the special effects will be better than ever and heart-thumping thrills will be waiting around each corner.

Where: Rainton Arena, Houghton le-Spring
The Grinch has stolen Christmas! At this event, it's up to you to help a host of magical creatures find the Grinch and his Christmas spirit in this interactive trail. With chaos and Christmas crafts in abundance, this one-hour trail will provide your young ones with plenty of entertainment at Rainton Arena.

Where: Zap Graffiti Arts, Liverpool
If you've ever wanted to know how to create amazing-looking graffiti, then look no further than these classes put on by Zap Graffiti Arts in Liverpool. They'll help you master the art of spray paint in no time at all as you learn various skills and techniques. You'll have the chance to create your own 3x3 foot poster to take away.

Hurlston Hall Bonfire Night Party
When: Saturday 5th November
Where: Hurlston Hall, Ormskirk

Summer is pretty much over, so Jacobs Roof Garden in Cardiff are throwing one last rooftop party to celebrate the season ending. One last dance before the sun goes down, there will be a delicious range of drinks and bar snacks available. Live music will be provided by a DJ spinning Disco tunes.
