Futur.Shock live presents: strange attractor

This is the launch of the second season of Fold and Futur.Shock's multi-disciplinary arts programme. It aims to dissect, explore, research and make sense of our recent confrontation with futurity. There will be some stunning audio-visual performances that will leave you seriously impressed.

Jeff Green Recovering Optimist
When: Friday 14th October
Where: Southport Comedy Festival, Victoria Park, Southport
Award-winning comedian Jeff Green will be one of the most experienced names at this year's Southport Comedy Festival and you can purchase a ticket to check out his latest material. A well-known face not only in his native Australia but in the UK too, he has had three decades at the top of his game.

La Vida Liverpool Presents: Predictions Paranormal
When: Saturday 29th October
Where: Leasowe Castle Hotel, Wirral
If you're interested in all things creepy and unsettling then this Halloween weekend event. Leasowe castle is said to be haunted and you can join this event for a night like no other. Prepare for your mind to be blown as hypnotist Alan Bates will be hypnotising people into previous lives.

Where: Stewart Park, Middlesborough
One of the North East's biggest fireworks displays, Stewart Park will be lit up in a wide spectrum of colours this Bonfire Night. There will be plenty of entertainment beforehand from a dance show to a funfair and a walkabout robot show. Then the big display will take place as the bonfire burns out.

Red All Over The Land Presents: An Evening With Jan Molby
When: Saturday 26th November
Where: Hotel Anfield, Liverpool
Jan Molby is a Liverpool legend who made 292 appearances for the club and was often the key to unlocking a defence. Playing a vital part of the glory years in which Liverpool enjoyed domestic and European success, here is a chance to see him be quizzed all about his brilliant club career.

Where: Vauxhall Food and Beer Garden, London
Oktoberfest events are popping up all over the place and this one at Vauxhall Food and Beer Garden will be running for most of October. With oompah bands, a live DJ, and street food that is authentically German, you can't go wrong here. With a stein in hand, you'll be raising more than a couple of glasses.

Where: The Fitzgerald, Manchester
In aid of Manchester Mind, this therapeutic space is being created where an afternoon of painting, cocktails and live music from a house jazz band will be taking place. Money from each ticket will be given to the charity and the event will need much needed space for you to relax and recline for an afternoon.

UKG Brunch Halloween- Birmingham

Where: The Mill Digbeth, Birmingham
UKG Brunch in Birmingham is fully embracing the scariest time of the year by throwing together this Halloween event. With a mixture of DJs and MC's supplying the tunes, prepare for a spooky twist that will still get your feet moving. There will be plenty of rum punch to wash down your food too.

Strictly Ballroom: The Musical
When: Monday 23rd- Saturday 28th January 2023
Where: Wales Millenium Centre, Cardiff
The Strictly Ballroom is heading out on tour in early 2023 and it'll be starring show favourites Kevin Clifton and Maisie Smith. Directed and choreographed by the amazing Craig Revel Horwood, you can be sure that each step will be landed perfectly. A story about breaking tradition, it is set to be a dramatic watch.

At The Classic Grand in Glasgow this Christmas they're pulling out all the stops to make their family fun day rave memorable.
