We hope you're looking forward to spending a lot more time in the sun because over the next couple of months, we'll start to see blue skies and we'll be looking for every opportunity to spend time outside. Luckily we have plenty of brunch events, carnivals and even roller skating for you to enjoy in this week's Days Out With Skiddle.
When: Tuesday 25th April
Where: Club 45 @ Blackfriars, Glasgow
Tam Cowan will be hosting this event which will feature Scottish footballing legend James McFadden as his guest. This will be a unique look through his career with plenty of laughs along the way. It'll go through all the highs and lows of being a top-level footballer and you'll get to hear about some of the less professional aspects too.

Where: Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow
The Galactic Carnival returns to Glasgow and this time around it's going to be better than ever. You'll get a four-hour unlimited ride wristband, allowing you to seek as many thrills as you could possibly want. You'll feel as if you're flying high into space itself on these rides and attractions.

Where: Warwick Castle, Warwick
This is the fifth year in a row now where Digbeth Dining Club have set up shop at Warwick Castle. This will be the biggest version of the food festival on the castle grounds and there will be 15 different food vendors to choose from as well as five bars and live music. All are welcome to soak up the sun and enjoy the atmosphere.

Where: Museum Park, Swansea
At the Swansea Street Food Festival, you have four opportunities to expand your tastebuds as it takes place across an entire weekend in April. They are making sure that this is their biggest year yet by inviting down more traders than ever and adding a live entertainment stage.
Soul Afternoon Tea With Alan Strand

Where: Lake House, Waterloo
Afternoon tea is an absolute treat and at Lake House in Waterloo they want to make sure that you get the most out of your afternoon dining experience. So, singer Alan Strand will be on hand to help you take the weight off your feet for a little while by singing some classics.
An Evening With The Smith Brothers
When: Sunday 18th June
Where: Grand Central Hall, Liverpool
The Smith's are one of the defining dynasties within boxing. Here, you can catch the Smith brothers live in conversation on father's day. This will be an extended Q+A session and there will also be live music provided by Jack Gillbanks. Don't miss out on a chance to learn much more about boxing.

Where: Roller Jam, Birmingham
Don't miss your chance to go back in time at Birmingham's Roller Jam. This family session invites people of all abilities down to have a skate around whilst listening to the hits from one of music's best decades. There will be plenty of chances for you to have a singalong too.

Where: Chow Down, Leeds
Leeds' Chow Down has announced its first events of 2023. One of them is their Drag Brunch which will see talented drag performers take to the stage. They will be showing you their amazing lip-syncing skills and will have you up and dancing in no time. There's no better way to spend a Saturday.

Where: Propyard, Bristol
