De la soul to play UK dates in May

Celebrated trio De La Soul are playing four dates around the UK in between their summer festival schedule.

The New York collective bring a genre blurred approach to hip hop by incorporating elements of funk, soul, pop and jazz into their music. Combined with intelligent rhymes, their trademark style and colourful sampling, they've came up with multiple chart smashing hits like 'Me, Myself & I' above.

They'll be joined by one of the greatest hip hop producers of all time, Pete Rock.
