It's been three long years since gritty LA duo Deap Valley last released a record, but that wait is almost over. From July they swap the States for the UK to tour their forthcoming album Femijism.
Translating a fang-glaring rock sound, Deap Vally rocketed into the mind-set of the masses with a flick of a lightswitch on their debut album Sistrionix. A couple of years later and they'll probably red ink the sold out signage across the UK again - when Femijism arrives in mid-September.
Their latest single 'Smile More' (listen above) sees them return to their snarling, no compromising best. It promises an air-tight follow up for Julie Edwards and Lindsey Troy.
They mark their territory with UK dates from July, including brand new Liverpool venue The Invisible Wind Factory located on the city's docklands - on sale Wednesday 13th July at 9am.
