Disclosure reveal The Weeknd and Lorde collaborations

The full tracklist for Disclosure's Caracal album has been unveiled, with the likes of Lorde, Miguel and The Weeknd amongst the names featured. 

Disclosure have already released their track with Gregory Porter 'Holding On' and also 'Omen' with Sam Smith following their partnership with him for Latch in 2012 (watch the video for 'Omen' below). 

Newcomers Jordan Rakei and Brendan Reilly also feature on the album, with Howard Lawrence from Disclosure himself performing ‘Jaded’, ‘Echoes’ and ‘Molocules’.

Caracal will be released on Friday 25th September. The deluxe album tracklisting is as follows:
