Sunday nights in Ibiza saw a new event debut this season - Do Not Sleep. The brand new party has been hosted at the Vista Club, Privilege for the duration of the summer, with house music masterminds Darius Syrossian, Sidney Charles and Santé behind the weekly showcase.

Upon entering the Vista Club, we instantly recognised how crucial the venue is in supporting the frenzied atmosphere the club night has been boasting throughout the summer. Although it's a relatively small club in comparison to others on the island, the size ensures that the buzz amongst the crowd isn't lost.

Bones was firing up the dance floor and warming up revellers from the word go. Well-respected within the Denver dance music scene, it wasn’t hard to comprehend why the dance floor had immediately packed out, he continued to deliver his finest concoction of house and tech-house beats.

Already feeling spoilt so early on in the night, Jasper James took to the decks, swallowing up the dance floor with his weighty, yet dynamic track choices. The Scottish DJ had the revellers stepping to the beat simultaneously, the excitement between fellow clubbers was infectious. He entertained and hypnotised every raver that walked into the room.

The anticipation had been building for the final performance from the lively trio Darius Syrossian, Sidney Charles and Santé. The buzz in the venue was electric as the three stepped up to the decks. The visuals above the Do Not Sleep bosses were constantly flickering and the logo repeatedly flashed, it was a continuous reminder of the night's impact on the scene despite its infancy.

The ethos of enjoying the moment and the music had never felt truer. The boys gave the crowd the performance they expected and more. From banging house beats to delectable bursts to techno, they kept the pace fast and the crowd up.

What’s unique regarding the Vista Club is the glass dome it is situated in displays a phenomenal backdrop of the Ibiza coastline and an endless ocean view upon sunrise, giving you an epic visual experience tied with thumping tech-house beats. It was more than enough to stop anyone from sleeping.

Do Not Sleep comes to Manchester on Saturday 26th September.
