Dr Martens have rolled out six UK dates at intimate venues across the country as part of their #standforsomething tour, including a London headliner on Saturday November 8th that is yet to be announced.

Following last year's sold out successes up and down the country, which included Sonic Boom Six as part of a contingent of exciting rock and roll acts, the Dr Martens team are at it again.

Funeral for a Friend - Edinburgh - Saturday 4th October

First up the tour arrives in Edinburgh with Welsh post hard core act Funeral for a Friend heading up proceedings.

They're well acclaimed for pushing the boundaries of their genre putting them on the map as one of the UK's most excitable rock bands - making them a must see band for all hardcore rock fans out there. Check out a track from their latest album Conduit below.

Eagulls - Cardiff - Saturday 11th October

A band consistently cropping up all over the map after their brilliant debut self titled album are Leeds punk rockers Eagulls. After making waves in the states, where you can see them perform below, they have appeared on the David Letterman late show and are showing no signs of stopping anytime soon with their gripping post punk presence.

We Are The Ocean - Liverpool - Saturday 25th October

Essex rockers We Are The Ocean took off after releasing their latest album 'Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow' landing headline tours and festival slots along the way. Their in your face sets and heavy hardcore notes are fitting to the intimate venue giving this gig all the makings of a classic.

Los Campesinos! - Birmingham - Tuesday 22nd November

Some may remember Los Campesinos! as that indie math rock band but they're continually evolving with a more darker reflecting sound in their latest album No Blues which can be heard below. Their on stage presence and excitable mish mash of instruments entwined with witty vocals make their sound as joyous as ever.

Tonight Alive - Newcastle - Saturday 6th December

The Australian pop punk band arrive on the tour after a summer stacked full of festival dates blaring out their energetic sing along anthems.

They're fast becoming renowned for their high octane shows which should give fans of the pop punk genre plenty of food for thought, check out 'Lonely Girl' above.
