Drumsheds announce epic La Discothèque takeover this October
Get ready for a diagnosis of the Disco fever as Drumsheds London presents La Discothèque on Saturday 7th October 2023.
Date published: 15th Aug 2023
London's newest and largest rave space, Drumsheds, has announced its first load of nights on its 2023 calendar, and amongst huge nights like Gorgon City: Enter The Realm, WAH In The City Pt 2, CamelPhat, and Piano People indoor Winter Festival, is this absolutely wicked affair courtesy of La Discothèque, where the energy and ecstasy of NYC’s disco heyday are revived for the 21st-century dancefloor.
The night sees the likes of Kenny Dope, Anish Kumar, Derrick Carter b2b DJ Sneak, Hercules & Love Affair [DJ set], Girls of the Internet [DJ set] and many more come to the new rave space. Plus, the night will culminate in an awesome set from La Discothèque Orchestra with Evelyn 'Champagne' King and Jocelyn Brown on vocals. Basically, this one is going to be one for the memory books.
Taking shape inside Tottenham's former IKEA, Drumsheds spans 608,000 square feet, across multiple rooms, and housing 15,000 punters for their carefully curated programme of live music, arts, and cultural offerings.
The venue is being brought to the city by the incredible team at Broadwick Live, who are also behind such offerings as the recently closed Printworks, the epic Field Day Festival in Victoria Park, and another industrial offering in London, The Beams.
This La Discothèque takeover looks to be an absolute riot dripping in all things Disco, with its flamingo-fuelled production and a stacked lineup of electronic music mainstays old and new it's a must-visit for fans of all things Disco. Grab your tickets now!
