Eccentric, talented, and iconic, lyrical genius Erykah Badu is coming home to the studio and is about to grace the charts with something they've been missing. In a recent interview with Billboard (March 19th), the singer announced that she is in the works of dropping her 6th album, and producing it will be no other than Hip-Hop legend himself, The Alchemist. Known for working with some huge names such as Vince Staples, Earl Sweatshirt, Boldy James and more, this collab will be a walk in the park.

Erykah Badu made a brief appearance in 2024 on rapper, Rapdosy's tune '3:AM', which won Badu her 5th Grammy this February; a high celebration for the direction of the current era of rap. However with her last solo project being 10 years ago, 'New Amerykah Part Two (Return Of The Ankh)', this is huge news for all neo-soul enthusiasts.
