Essential Listening: House and Techno

All You Got To Do - Lilly Palmer

German techno hero Lilly Palmer has dropped two tracks - ‘All You Got To Do’ and ‘Surrender The Night’ - representing lightness and darkness, with the former being the more upbeat track.

Creating euphoria with light, dancy synths, ‘All You Got To Do’ is a hands-in-the-air, sunny festival anthem. Meanwhile, ‘Surrender The Night’ is a dark warehouse techno party fueled by adrenaline.

Flexing her versatility, these two are definitely ones to check out for techno fans.

The Bed, The Room, The Rain and You - Hinds

Madrid indie band Hinds, who’s been on the scene since 2011, are back with another new track to tease their forthcoming album, VIVA HINDS, which is due for release in September.

Giving us this dreamy, honey-drenched guitar pop track, the band said it’s “a love song that has nothing to do with being with the other person or even whether it is reciprocated”.

Following the release of tracks 'Boom Boom Back' with Beck, 'Coffee', 'En Forma', and 'Superstar', we can’t wait for this project to drop.

Chemicals - Kanine

London’s Kanine has finally dropped ‘Chemicals’, a soaring DnB track that we can’t get enough of.

Euphoric, otherworldly, and transcendental, Kanine has given us a belter we’re sure we’ll be hearing plenty of at festivals and raves over the next few months.

If you want to ensure you experience it for yourself live, secure tickets for Kanine below.

King David Flow - Kofi Stone

London-born Birmingham-raised rapper Kofi Stone is back with another banger after his June release, ‘You’ll Be Okay’.

Showing us his lyrical prowess while going hard with his flow, ‘King David Flow’ has the perfect beat for Kofi to demonstrate his skills. Relatively simple and stripped back in the instrumental, Kofi shines.

Heading off on a little England tour soon, we know he’ll kill it.
