Trippy music fans rejoice. Ringing in the night that John Cale plays a very special and unique performance as part of Liverpool Sound City's tenth birthday party, Exploding Plastic Inevitable will transport you back to the days when the Velvet Underground and Andy Warhol dominated the art scene.
Named after the celebrated parties Warhol delivered during the era, immersions of music, colour and film will create a psychedelic interactive experience like no other.

Liverpool local psych outfit The Floormen will provide an appropriate soundtrack for the evening, supported by the leftfield leanings of DJs Bernie Connor, Andy Carroll and 50% of legendary pysch producers Beyond the Wizards Sleeve, Richard Norris. They'll be seeing the night into the early hours of the morning, spinning mind-bending 60s tracks to the technicoloured display.
