FLY, known for uniting Scottish music fans in dance to the sounds of some of the world’s biggest artists in house, garage, and techno, announced its Summer of Love ‘92 event earlier this year, and now they’ve revealed the host venue which sits just outside the city centre.

Summer of Love ‘92 will take place on Saturday 18th May 2024 at Murrayfield Ice Arena in Edinburgh, a category B-listed building which hosted large-scale dance events in 1992. Repurposing the venue into a dance haven offers a unique experience for attendees while paying homage to the events that helped shape Scotland’s nightlife scene. And if that sounds cool, wait until you see the lineup…

Acclaimed DJs and producers will take to the stage at FLY’s Summer of Love ‘92 event covering an array of genres. Topping the bill is the Berlin-based masked DJ horsegiirL and Australian genre-glider Mall Grab B2B Lancashire-born Effy.

Further down the lineup, there’s French legend LB aka LABAT, Bristol’s Conducta with his uplifting UK garage, Tasmania’s Sam Alfred, rapidly rising star Morgan Seatree, Vienna’s salute, and London’s Ammara.

There’s plenty of Scottish talent set to perform too, including KIMMIC, Sim0ne, Christian Rogers, and Dominique, to name a few.

As one of Scotland's biggest music events brands - the festival also has its open-air festival this year at Princes Street Gardens - FLY certainly knows a thing or two about booking incredible talent and creating events that will remain fond memories for a lifetime.
