In tragic news, fashion designer Virgil Abloh has passed away after a two year battle with cancer. It was announced on his Instagram page that he has been fighting with the disease privately for two years, continuing to produce work in spite of it. A multi-hyphenate, Abloh was more than a fashion designer, he was a furniture designer, artist and DJ who even worked closely with people such as Kanye West and Jay Z.

He has designed album covers for the likes of Octavian, Lil Uzi Vert, Pop Smoke and more. He was the kind of person who had limitless creative potential that he could assign to a whole range of mediums. It very much feels like we've lost someone well before there time and we'll never forget Virgil's contributions to popular culture.
The Off-White founder has definitely left his mark.
