Brit rock legends Feeder have been confirmed as headliners at Loopallu festival in Ullapool on the West Coast of Scotland.
Following a long break, the band, who enjoyed 25 UK top 40 hits, including such classics as 'Buck Rogers' and 'Just The Way I'm Feeling' (watch the video below), have launched a welcome comeback, with Loopallu their only Scottish festival appearance of the summer.
Also included in the first wave of confirmed artists are indie icons, The Wonder Stuff, who have recently been touring the UK in celebration of their 30th anniversary. With classic hits like 'The Size of a Cow', 'Don't Let Me Down, Gently' and 'Unbearable', Miles Hunt and co are currently in sparkling form.
Completing a great announcement are ska veterans The Selector and BBC 6 Music DJ Mark Radcliffe, who will be bringing his new band Galleon Blast to the party.
Loopallu takes place on Friday 30th September and Saturday 1st of October and doubles the population of the village for the weekend. As well as the usual eclectic line up of acts appearing at the festival big top and the fringe events after hours in the villages pubs, the festival will again provide a selection of fine food and drink from around the Highlands as well as the usual warm Ullapool welcome.
