A heavyweight selection of roots, reggae and afrobeat masters from around the UK converge at Liverpool's St. George's Hall on February 21st for a monstrous edition of Fiesta Bombarda.

Merseyside carnival pioneers Fiesta Bombarda have for a number of years been delivering the festival feeling to Liverpool's most inspiring spaces, cramming them with everything from samba drum ensembles to afro beat surrealism in a bit to breath raucous energy and feel good vibes into the city's nightlife.
This time out the Fiesta Bombarda crew head to St. George's Hall on February 21st with Scotch Bonnet masterminds and celebrated sound system pro's Mungo's HiFi taking centre stage, reverberating their radiant, reggae rhythms (check those out above) around the immense architecture of the glorious 19th century edifice.
London Afrobeat Collective join the heavyweight dub selectors for some salacious, bass heavy rhythms, guaranteed to get your feet moving. See them in action above.
Also appearing will be Liverpool based hip hop. funk, jazz, ska and drum&bass ensemble The Fire Beneath The Sea and local pop, r&b and jazz starlet Helena Johnson. Head here for you Fiesta Bombarda tickets.
