The Fiesta Bombarda promoters have already had a busy start to the year, spreading colourful carnival vibes across the UK, but they return to the iconic Palm House Sefton Park in Liverpool on the 2nd and 3rd of June for their huge 5th birthday celebrations.

The boutique music agency is famed for its festival-inspired events and variety in musical choice, encompassing the genres of reggae, funk and dub, and has attracted a loyal audience since its creation. Experimental artist Soom T heads the bill on the Friday, with reggae veteran Macka B taking to the main stage on the Saturday, bringing with him his spiritually influenced blend of dancehall and dub.

Playing across both nights are Birmingham-based multicultural group Kioko. Featuring huge personalities and huge pop/reggae inspired songs, the band already have a wealth of performance experience, playing with the likes of Tinie Tempah, The Specials and Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, and continue to push the boundaries with their music.

Tickets are still on sale for Fiesta Bombarda’s midnight carnival after party.
