Strange Waves have unveiled details of a huge show that will come to Manchester's Albert Hall on Saturday 26th May, with both Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Deerhunter set to deliver sublime live performances at the former Wesleyan chapel.

Hailing from New Zealand, Unknown Mortal Orchestra have channeled a multitude of genres across their so far three strong collection of albums, fusing psychedelic rock with elements of smooth, electronic r'n'b - not least in most recent studio release 2015's Multi Love.

A listen to their most recent work, 'American Guilt', which is set to feature on the forthcoming Sex and Food reveals the delightfully fuzzy guitar and vocals that we have gown used to with the band - and a taster of the record the band will be dipping into heavily come their Manchester date.

UMO are joined by another guitar clanging outfit in the form of Atlanta shoegzers Deerhunter, who will work through their seven album back catalogue to produce a typically stunning, atmospheric ambience in the most suitable of surroundings.
