The third instalment of the inner-city music festival, will see some of the biggest names in music performing across many of Newcastle's most loved venues

Launched back in 2017, Newcastle's Hit The North Festival is an event centred around celebrating both homegrown and international, emerging talent.
Hosting a plethora of some of the most revered names in the industry on an annual basis, previous events have seen performances from the likes of London punk duo Slaves, rapper Lethal Bizzle, The Horrors, Pale Waves and modern soul collective, Jungle, the city's largest and only inner city festival also prides itself on placing the spotlight on the local scenes future stars, highlighting the wealth of talent that the North East of England has to offer.
Organisers behind the unique, summertime event have announced the first wave of artists set to appear on Sunday 3rd May 2020, and quite clearly, no exceptions have been made.
Amongst the huge, initial list of confirmed acts are the likes of Aussie rock band, the DMA's, Fickle Friends, The Magic Gang, Working Men's Club, The Lathums and Manchester stalwarts, Twisted Wheel to name a select few.
