If there's a DJ that knows and cares about the UK club scene, it's Eats Everything. Since the early nineties the Bristol born artist has eagerly immersed himself in the ever-changing rave climate.
He watched hard house and jungle explode and then eventually witnessed the dance music we know and love today emerge and invest itself in the ears and hearts of anyone open to it - but this time round he was the person playing it.
His respect for clubs stems from the sheer amount of time he spends in them. Even before he hit the big time, music and the spaces it inhabits was his sole focus as his hobby turned into a passion. If anyone knows how to start a party, it's him. If anyone knows how to read a party, it's him.
With the apparent decline of the UK clubs circulating the media regularly, it's easy to forget that the parties close to home are providing a backbone for a scene that provides a haven for revellers. Eats Everything proved that a proper allegiance with a venue can lead to magical things when he held a residency at one of the capital's leadining clubs, XOYO.
We asked Eats to name his top five favourite clubs in the UK and the tracks that have provided the standout moments when he's played there.
My home town mega club and one of my favourite venues in the world to play at. Playing there is a real pleasure for me because all my mates come out as do loads of familiar faces. Dan and all the people that run it are good friends of mine and the crowds are always well into it. One of the best, in the best city in the world.

I had three of the greatest DJing months of my life when I did the first in the residency series a few years back. Every Saturday for 3 months, all of them absolute BELTERS and it's just a really, really fun place.
Andy Peyton, the rest of owners and staff are lovely people who want to get the best out of a party and always do.

Madness encapsulated into one smallish venue in central Leeds. The Leeds crowds are always fucking nuts and this is the place to find them at their most nutty.
Shane and the rest of the team who run it put the party before everything else and that is what clubs should be about. Everyone wants to have as a fun a time as possible. Mint Club is fun personified.

Words can't quite explain how great this little mental rave den in the centre of Glasgow is. The guys that run it are so, so, so sound and the crowd are what make it. Much like the rest of Scotland, it's the best crowd to play for pretty much in the world. Absolutely amazing place.

Doesn't really need much explaining but a proper club in every sense of the word. The sound, the lighting, the crowd, the DJ booths and in Andy and Judy who run it and the rest who work there are all the very best there can possibly be. An honour to say that I play there regularly.
