We've already zoomed in on the abundance of terrifying techno led events scheduled for this upcoming Halloween weekend, and now we're shifting our attention to all things bass. Whether you fancy getting down to DnB, or want to spend the night in the company of jungle beats, we've selected five of the best...
Sigma have set the bar for commercial drum n bass. Conquering the air waves and selling out huge venues (check them out at Rampage above), the duo are in their prime. This Halloween will see them arrive in Portsmouth on Saturday 31st for a night filled with destructive, pop-laced DnB as part of their UK tour.
When it comes to Halloween venues, they don't come much more suited than the abandoned prison wing within Lancaster Castle. A-Wing has already welcomed the likes of Pete Tong, Carl Craig and James Zabiela to the confines of the jail, and now Hospitality are taking over on Friday 30th with two of the labels hottest acts.
When it comes to dub and reggae legends, they don't come much more pivotal than the Mad Professor. Responsible for shifting dub into the digital age, he's a remix and production master. On Friday 30th he stops off in Nottingham as part of his five date UK tour. Don't miss this one.
Knife Party Halloween showcases are becoming an annual staple. They hosted a Haunted House bash back in 2013 in Manchester and they are returning to Bristol for the second time on Saturday 31st for another night crammed with big bass and bold fancy dress.
This multi-arena festival is as big as they come when it comes to out of season events. Across five stages Zombie Fest will host almost every avenue of dance music, including old skool, jungle and DnB. Catch Mistajam, Adam F and Ratpack there on Saturday 31st.
