Easily one of the most anticipated events on the festival calendar, Manchester mega event Parklife provides a stage for some of the world's biggest acts. Far from being just a dance music haven, heaps of huge live artists will also hit Heaton Park in June to help create another all conquering Parklife 2017 line up.
One of which is velvet voiced r'n'b star Frank Ocean, who headlines the Saturday night, while shimmering indie poppers the 1975 also top the bill this year. Beyond them, there's a mind bending amount of acts to choose from, with indie, grime, house, techno, drum and bass and everything in-between represented across the weekend. There's almost too much to choose from, so to help you plot your Parklife weekend we've selected five acts bringing the fire to Heaton Park this summer.
Fatima Yamaha

Jackmaster's Mastermix arena is one of Saturday's particularly dreamy highlights, with pretty much every DJ on rotation, from Hunee to The Black Madonna, worth your time.
It's a live set from Fatima Yamaha we think you should be taking. Most will know him for the slow bringing masterpiece 'What's A Girl To Do', but his beguiling melancholic take on synth heavy house is tailor-made for festival season. Last year he was one of our Festival No.6 highlights, we're sure he'll do much the same at Parklife.
Jimmy Coultas
Chaka Khan

Come on, could you really go to this year's Parklife and not see Chaka Khan? The iconic songstress has a setlist cramemd full of bangers, and we can't think of anything ,much better than drunkenly embracing everyone in the vicinity when Ain't Nobody kicks in.
The soul diva's Saturday slot on the Parklife stage is surely set to be of the UK's finest festival highlights this summer, bringing a tonne of glorious Chicago funk to Manchester come June.
Henry Lewis
Eric Prydz

The Swedish don truly needs no introduction whatsoever. A man who has simply done it all as far as dance music is concerned, Prydz hits the Hangar on the Sunday night at Parklife to deliver a masterclass in booming basslines and beats. His EPIC shows marry dance anthems with peerless stage production, and were brought back last year to coincide with the release of Opus, Eric's debut album.
Epic 5.0 marks the first show of its nature in London in five years when it hits the capital in May, and come Parklife in June, Prydz's awe inspiring live show will be in full swing and as insane as ever.
HL
Find A Tribe Called Quest tickets.
Parklife always brings out one or two absolute monsters on the hip-hop and R&B tip, not least with arguably festival season 2017's most exciting booking Frank Ocean, as well as Anderson.Paak and Chaka Khan.
We can't look much further than A Tribe Called Quest though as the real jaw dropper this year. They maybe without the sadly deceased Phife, but boast a back catalogue that is simply incomparable in hip-hop (check our five of the best Tribe Called Quest for further proof). They'll be kicking routines with a presence that's fitting on the Sunday.
JC
Denis Sulta
If it's tops-off festival vibes you're after, the Feel My Bicep arena more than delivers the goods on the Sunday at Parklife, with Gerd Janson, Midland and of course, the Bicep lads themselves lined up.
It's Glaswegian selector Denis Sulta in particular who's taken our fancy, with various videos circulating featuring his no-nonsense party starting prowess, we're riled up to see him in action this June.
