Lancashire's after party specialists 'Carry On' For No Reason embark on a new era for clubbing in the North West. We will stage the party of the year to celebrate the launch of Preston's hottest new music venue. The Grand Opening of For No Reason at Mercury will be a momentous occasion that is set to go down in clubbing history.

The For No Reason set designers will be stamping our unique party style on the ornate, completely renovated 19th Century building. With something extra special up their décor sleeves, we are sure that you will settle into our new home just nicely. Mercury will now front as the region's flagship venue for new music and exclusive parties.

With three floors of differently styled music, each month we will endeavor to showcase the finest Dj and live talent, incorporating up n coming local gems with established national and international artists. In the Lounge we introduce a completely fresh music policy. Here our acts will tantalize the taste-buds of the true music connoisseur with a style that can only be described as mashed-up genre defying brilliance. Be prepared for exciting live music that will blow you away and then completely flip your ipod selection on its head. As always in the Premier Etage, we are keeping it funked up and fully charged. The Basement is aptly devoted to the underground, creating the perfect platform for guests and residents to push cutting-edge electronic dance music.
