Glasgow 1994 Family Fun Day Bouncin Bunny Easter Rave

When: Saturday 8th April 2023

Where: The Classic Grand in Glasgow

Go big or go home, right? That seems to be the philosophy of this family Glasgow day rave! And with Easter only coming around once a year, we’d say this approach is bang on.

Head over to The Classic Grand with your littluns to treat them to bucket loads of fun! Here they can run around playing and making new friends on the bouncy castle, have their faces painted, dance beneath confetti, and indulge their creative sides with balloon modelling. They can meet their favourite characters, chase bubbles, play party games and so much more while you make the most of the licensed bar on site.

Tiny tots are catered for too, with a bouncy castle for under 5’s and a soft matt area for babies. Bring the whole family for an afternoon of egg-cellent fun!

The Playhouse Project Easter Rave w/ Disco Mum's & MC Kwasi

When: Sunday 9th April 2023

Where: The Refuge in Manchester

Family rave organisers The Playhouse Project are hosting a smashing family rave day at Manchester's Refuge. All sorts of fun can be found here including classics, house, soul, funk, boogie, reggae, and disco music by Manchester female DJ collective Disco Mums and MC Kwasi.

Alongside incredible tunes, littluns can get stuck into Easter-themed arts and crafts, play dough, face painting, inflatables, and more. The circus workshop will bring spinning plates, hula hooping, bucket stilts, flower sticks, and gymnastic ribbons for kids and adults. And a dedicated baby area will be full of multi-sensory fun, yoga and massage, instruments, bubbles, and so much more.

Easter Fest

When: Wednesday 5th April 2023

Where: Cricket Club, Wadham Rd, Bootle L20 2DD in Bootle

Over at Bootle’s cricket club, a huge family festival is going down, so round up all your close ones young and old and get down for an afternoon packed with thrills! The event kicks off at 3:30, giving you time for a precious lie-in and plenty of time to get everyone ready. Once there, you can get stuck into all kinds of madness including a rodeo bull (place your bets for who can cling on the longest!), mascots, glitter tattoos, a mega slide, and a soft play area to delight the kids. There’s plenty more fun to discover but you’ll have to get down there to see for yourself!

Family Fiesta Easter Bonanza!

Where: Kanteena in Lancaster

Lancaster’s beloved Kanteena is throwing a belting family bash this year and you’re invited! The main room of the venue will host a reggae party with tunes spun by a DJ, dance-offs, games, face painting, balloon modelling, and music workshops. DJ workshops will be held in the Akita room, and finally, The Yard will host circus workshops, bubble workshops, arts and crafts workshops, ice cream, and kids' street food. So not only will you have a cracking (no pun intended) Easter together, the youngsters might find discover their new passion!

Easter Wonderland

Where: The Point in Sunderland

For Easter, The Point will be transformed into Wonderland for a two-and-a-half-hour interactive adventure with activities, a musical character show, prizes, a disco, plenty of photo opportunities, and some surprises! Adults can take advantage of the bar while littluns party with their favourite Wonderland characters, draw with the Mad Hatter, hunt for Easter eggs and win a prize, and hit the dancefloor with the White Rabbit. Fancy dress is welcome!

When: Sunday 9th April 2023

Where: The Ferret in Preston

This one’s perfect for families with teens. From 4 pm until late, a fantastic lineup of indie, alternative, and rock bands from across the north-west will take to the stage to make your Easter one you won’t soon forget. On the lineup so far, we’ve got Eyesore & The Jinx, Flowers of Evil, Autocamper, Tero Kulero, John Rental and more to be announced soon. Head over and jam out this Easter!

Easter Willy Wonka Family Disco

When: Thursday 6th April 2023

Where: Bredbury Hall Hotel in Stockport

Everyone knows Easter is all about chocolate. Or at least that’s what the kids are thinking. So it only makes sense to fuse the king of chocolate with your Easter celebrations. Stockport’s stunning Bredbury Hall Hotel is no stranger to hosting family events.
