Funkademia announces final MCR party before summer break

Funkademia brings its final party before taking a summer break to Mint Lounge in Manchester on Saturday 25th May (this weekend!). 

Starting in 1995, Funkademia is Manchester’s longest-running weekly club night. Offering a healthy dose of funk, soul, disco, hip-hop, R&B, and party tunes, the club night has become a firm favourite for those who love old-school flavours, want to switch things up, or just want a trusted DJ on the decks. 

Beginning life in the Boardwalk nightclub, Funkademia now takes over Mint Lounge, attracting students, good-time seekers, and music fans in droves. The weekly night has just announced it will be taking a break in summer, meaning this weekend’s bash will be the last party until Funkademia's return in September.
