Gabrielle Aplin has blossomed from a teen sensation into a sparkling singer/songwriter with multiple albums to her name. In January she is set to bring her sensational voice to a run of key UK venues.
It's been quite a journey for the talented musician, after initially rising to fame covering artists on her Youtube channel. Gaining mass exposure with a rendition of Frankie Goes To Hollywood's hit 'The Power Of Love' used on John Lewis's christmas advert, Aplin finally found herself signing a record deal with Parlophone.
Since then her raw talent is sprawled across two acclaimed albums: English Rain was her acoustic debut and her pop directed follow up Light Up The Dark arrived in September.
Featuring spellbinding hits like 'Skeleton' and 'Light Up The Dark' (listen above), the second album's open ended pop approach featuring bluesy notes and electric guitar accentuate her stunning voice that is poised to glimmer radiantly on the live stage.
